Dr. Mohammed Alduaiji

With over 18 years of experience in the education sector, Dr. Mohammed is the General Supervisor of Planning and the Secretary of the National Educational Committee for Sustainable Development Goals (SDG4) at the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia. He holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Strathclyde and a certificate in Leading Smart Policy Design from Harvard Kennedy School. He is passionate about organizational culture and values, change management, and sustainable development.

As a leader and a team player, he strives to create a healthy and productive work environment, where learning and growth are fostered through effective social interaction. He has contributed to building national standards for specific indicators for SDG4, aligning the Ministry’s data and policies with various entities, and assessing proposals for two strategic initiatives related to Saudi Vision 2030. He also uses his research and development skills to enhance the organizational brand and performance through values of commitment, transparency, and cooperation.
